Carlisle Galaxy F.C. respects the privacy of players, parents, carers, volunteers and website visitors. This notice explains how information submitted through this website may be used.
Information we may collect
Depending on the form you use, we may collect a parent or guardian name, contact details, a player's name, date of birth, school year, football experience, current or previous club, preferred position, team interest and any additional information you choose to provide.
How we use information
We use information to respond to enquiries, arrange trials, manage waiting lists, communicate about team opportunities, handle sponsorship or festival enquiries, administer club activity and meet safeguarding or legal responsibilities. Where consent is required for a particular use, we will ask for it.
Children's information
Player information should normally be supplied by a parent or guardian. We only ask for information that is relevant to the football or club enquiry being made and it should be handled with appropriate care.
Sharing information
Information may be shared with appropriate Carlisle Galaxy coaches or club officials where they need it to deal with the enquiry. We do not sell personal information. Information may also be shared where required by law, safeguarding procedures or an appropriate football authority.
Retention and security
We aim to keep personal information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, club administration, safeguarding or legal requirements. Reasonable steps should be taken to protect information from unauthorised access or misuse.
Your rights
